About us

Dashmote is a tech startup based in Rokin, Amsterdam. We are working to bring Artificial Intelligence-based solutions to marketers, bridging the gap between images and data for clients like Unilever, Philips, L’Oreal and Coca-Cola. We bring value to our clients in areas such as Location Analysis, Trends Analysis, and Marketing Intelligence.

Over the past year, our small team has solved a wide variety of cases, such as analysing beer drinking and hairstyle trends using our visual recognition tool, as well as identifying prospective leads by deriving insights from the maps. Role Description

You are an enthusiasm-inspiring networker, with a unique understanding of customer needs and a natural ability to collaborate with others to reach solutions. Working within our fast-growing team you will play an instrumental role in the sales activities in the United States market. You will also be able to confidently acquire new customers and employ research and analysis to maximise our growth on the customer side.

Some of the typical responsibilities are:

  • Identifying, connecting, and actively engaging with key targets, influencers, and decision makers inside an organization
  • Proactively acquiring customers: Brands and Agencies
  • Setting up a sales funnel and managing its performance
  • Implementing the entire sales process from start to finish by cold calling and emailing, researching markets, networking at events, managing customer relationships, pitching our innovations, writing and reviewing proposals, and executing administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales and Operations roles
  • Relevant work experience in Marketing Technology or with our target groups
  • Results-oriented and strong interest in business development and technology
  • Self-starter, with the ability to achieve results independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic and proactive personality
  • Living within an established network in the New York City area
  • Fluent English, preferably also fluent Dutch
